Om andra \u00e4n ytrenoveringar skall \u00e4nd\u00e5 g\u00f6ras anm\u00e4lan till bostadsbolagets styrelse om de inverkar de byggnadsdelar som st\u00e5r under bolagets underh\u00e5llsansvar eller om de p\u00e5verkar andra l\u00e4genheters anv\u00e4ndning.\n<\/p>\n<p>Ovanst\u00e5ende betyder att k\u00f6ks- eller badrumsrenoveringar alltid i praktiken skall anm\u00e4las till bolaget. Anm\u00e4lningsplikt g\u00e4ller ocks\u00e5 vid byte av golvens ytmaterial.\n<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6r s\u00e4kerhets skull \u00e4r det alltid bra att f\u00f6rs\u00e4ka sig om anm\u00e4lningsskyldigheten genom att kontakta disponenten p\u00e5 f\u00f6rhand.\n<\/p>\n<p>Om du planerar renovering eller \u00e4ndringsarbete i din l\u00e4genhet, fyll i denna anm\u00e4lningsblankett i god tid p\u00e5 f\u00f6rhand (minst 1 m\u00e5nad) innan renoveringsarbetets p\u00e5b\u00f6rjande. \u00c4ndrings- eller renoveringsarbetet F\u00c5R INTE p\u00e5b\u00f6rjas innan anm\u00e4lningen \u00e4r behandlad och svar fr\u00e5n bostadsbolaget erh\u00e5llits!\n<\/p>\n<p>Hush\u00e5ll skall ocks\u00e5 g\u00f6ra entreprenadanm\u00e4lan till skattef\u00f6rvaltningen om renoveringsentreprenads v\u00e4rde \u00f6verstiger 15.000 \u20ac exkl. merv\u00e4rdesskatt.\n<\/p>\n<p>Underh\u00e5lls- och \u00e4ndringsarbete<br \/>\nAv aktie\u00e4garens anm\u00e4lan skall med tyllr\u00e4cklig tydlighet framg\u00e5 de uppgifter som bolaget beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rs\u00e4kra sig \u00f6m att god byggnadssed till\u00e4mpas. Husbolaget skall ombes\u00f6rja att \u00e4ndrignsarbetets \u00f6vervakning \u00e4r ordnat p\u00e5 \u00e4ndam\u00e5lsenligt s\u00e4tt. Husbolaget har r\u00e4tt att \u00f6vervaka och tillst\u00e4lla en utomst\u00e5ende \u00f6vervakare f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rs\u00e4kra sig om att \u00e4ndringsarbetet f\u00f6rverkligas i enlighet med god byggnadssed.\n<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6vervakningen minskar inte ansvaret hos den som utf\u00f6r \u00e4ndringsarbetet.\n<\/p>\n<p>I samband med st\u00f6rre renoveringsarbeten kan kr\u00e4vas enskilda planeringshandlingar. D\u00e5 det g\u00e4ller mindre \u00e4ndringsarbeten s\u00e5 \u00e4r det tillr\u00e4ckligt med en beskrivning av projektet. Disponentbyr\u00e5n dokumenterar uppgifterna om \u00e4ndringsarbetet och antecknar h\u00e4rom i disponentintyg som utgivs f\u00f6r l\u00e4genheten. Ytrenoveringar beh\u00f6ver man inte anm\u00e4la, om dessa antecknas inte heller i l\u00e4genhetsanteckningarna.\n<\/p>\n<p>Renoveringar och installationer, som inte beh\u00f6ver anm\u00e4las:\n<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 tapetsering och m\u00e5lning<br \/>\n\u2013 byte fr\u00e5n gammal golvmatta till ny golvmatta eller gammal parkett till ny parkett.<br \/>\n\u2013 installering av krokar, hyllor och lampor<br \/>\n\u2013 byte eller avl\u00e4gsning av melland\u00f6rrar<br \/>\n\u2013 installation eller borttagning av sk\u00e5p och skrubbar, om \u00e5tg\u00e4rden inte orsakar \u00e4ndringar i ventilationskanaler eller vatten- och avloppsanslutningar<br \/>\n\u2013 installation eller borttagning av gardinst\u00e4nger<br \/>\n\u2013 f\u00f6rnyande av
